biography

Born 18 March 1960 in Longmont, Colorado. Grew up in southwestern and eastern United States and in Germany. Have traveled in Great Britain, Europe, continental United States, Alaska and Canada. Married 25 March 1989 to Elizabeth Lucas in Wantage, England. Three children: Alexandra J.E., born 25 September 1995; Harriet R.A., born 6 August 1997; Charles T.D., born 12 December 1999; Elspeth N.C., born 13 July 2003. Active in church.
